Η Αρχή θέτει σε δημόσια διαβούλευση την υπ’ αριθμ. πρωτ. ΡΑΑΕΥ Ι-394558/09.05.2025 εισήγηση του Διαχειριστή του ΕΣΦΑ, ΔΕΣΦΑ Α.Ε., σχετικά με τις δημοπρασίες για την κατανομή Μεταφορικής Ικανότητας στα Σημεία Διασύνδεσης και Εισόδου του ΕΣΜΦΑ για τα Έτη Αερίου 2025-2026 και ύστερα σύμφωνα με τα οριζόμενα στον Ευρωπαϊκό Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 2017/459 και τον Κώδικα Διαχείρισης ΕΣΦΑ.
Η δημόσια διαβούλευση θα διαρκέσει έως και την Παρασκευή 30 Μαΐου 2025. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι καλούνται να υποβάλουν τις απόψεις τους στη ΡΑΑΕΥ με ηλεκτρονική επιστολή στη διεύθυνση gasconsultation@raaey.gr ή εγγράφως, με κοινοποίηση στην ΔΕΣΦΑ Α.Ε., εφόσον το επιθυμούν.
Η ΡAΑΕY θα δημοσιοποιήσει κατάλογο των συμμετεχόντων στη διαβούλευση, με εξαίρεση την περίπτωση κατά την οποία ο αποστολέας αιτείται τη μη δημοσιοποίηση των στοιχείων του ή/και των απόψεων του.

Public consultation of RAAEY on the proposal of DESFA S.A. on the auctions for the allocation of transmission capacity at the Interconnection and Entry Points of the National Gas Transmission System (NGTS) for the Gas Year 2025-2026
The Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water puts into public consultation the proposal of DESFA S.A. (prot. no. ΡΑΑΕΥ Ι-394558/09.05.2025) regarding the auctions for the allocation of transmission capacity at the Interconnection and Entry Points of the National Natural Gas Transmission System (NGTS) for the Gas Year 2025-2026 and beyond according to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2017/459 and the NNGS Network Code.
The public consultation will run until Friday, May 30, 2025. All interested parties are invited to submit their views to RAΑEΥ via email at the address gasconsultation@raaey.gr or in writing, with an option to also notify their views to DESFA S.A..
RAAEY will publish all contributions, unless the participant requests the non-publication of his identity and/or his views.
