Η Ρυθμιστική Αρχή Αποβλήτων, Ενέργειας και Υδάτων, στο πλαίσιο των αρμοδιοτήτων της σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 19 του ν. 4425/2016, θέτει σε δημόσια διαβούλευση την υπ’ αριθμ. ΕΧΕ 1605/04.09.2025 (ΡΑΑΕΥ Ι-401422/05.09.2025) εισήγηση της Ελληνικό Χρηματιστήριο Ενέργειας Α.Ε. αναφορικά με την εισαγωγή ενός νέου προϊόντος φυσικού αερίου προς διαπραγμάτευση, και επομένως την τροποποίηση της Απόφασης Ε-49/2024 του Κλάδου Ενέργειας της ΡΑΑΕΥ (Β’ 1610) για τις προδιαγραφές προϊόντων στο Βάθρο Εμπορίας Φυσικού Αερίου.
Το νέο προϊόν, αποκαλούμενο εφεξής «Προϊόν Σαββατοκύριακου», προτείνεται στο πλαίσιο της διαρκούς ανάπτυξης του Βάθρου Εμπορίας Φυσικού Αερίου, καθιστώντας το ωφέλιμο στους συμμετέχοντες στο ΒΕΦΑ και διευκολύνοντας, παράλληλα, την διαδικασία διαπραγμάτευσης.
Η δημόσια διαβούλευση θα διαρκέσει έως την Δευτέρα, 17 Νοεμβρίου 2025. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι καλούνται να υποβάλουν τις απόψεις τους στη ΡΑΑΕΥ με ηλεκτρονική επιστολή στη διεύθυνση gasconsultation@raaey.gr ή εγγράφως, με κοινοποίηση στην ΕΧΕ Α.Ε., εφόσον το επιθυμούν.
Η ΡAΑΕY θα δημοσιοποιήσει κατάλογο των συμμετεχόντων στη διαβούλευση, με εξαίρεση την περίπτωση κατά την οποία ο αποστολέας αιτείται τη μη δημοσιοποίηση των στοιχείων ή/και των απόψεων του.

Public consultation on the proposal of the Hellenic Energy Exchange to introduce a new Natural Gas Product in the Natural Gas Trading Platform
The Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water, within the framework of its powers in accordance with article 19 of Law 4425/2016, puts into public consultation the proposal of the Hellenic Energy Exchange S.A. (No. EXE 1605/04.09.2025 – RAAEY I-401422/05.09.2029) regarding the introduction of a new Natural Gas product for trading in the Natural Gas Trading Platform (NGTP) and therefore the amendment of Decision no. E-49/2024 (B’ 1610) regarding the specifications of the products in the NGTP.
The new product, hereinafter referred to as the “Weekend Product”, is proposed in the context of the continuous development of the Trading Platform, making it beneficial to the participants to the Trading Platform and facilitating the negotiation process, at the same time.
The public consultation will run until Monday, November 17, 2025. All interested parties are invited to submit their views to RAΑEΥ via email at the address gasconsultation@raaey.gr or in writing, with an option to also notify their views to the Hellenic Energy Exchange.
RAAEY will publish all contributions, unless the participant requests the non-publication of his identity and/or his views.
