Η Αρχή θέτει σε δημόσια διαβούλευση την υπ΄αριθμ. πρωτ. I-419339/06.07.2026 εισήγηση του Διαχειριστή ICGB AD σχετικά με αναθεώρηση του Κανονισμού Τιμολόγησης του διασυνδετήριου αγωγού IGB.
Σε συμφωνία με τον οδικό χάρτη για μια μακροπρόθεσμη λύση για την αύξηση της εμπορικής ελκυστικότητας του Κάθετου Διαδρόμου, η προτεινόμενη τροποποίηση περιορίζεται στο Άρθρο 7 «Reserve Price» του Κανονισμού και αφορά την κατάργηση των πολλαπλασιαστών που ισχύουν για τα Τυποποιημένα Προϊόντα Δυναμικότητας με διάρκεια μικρότερη του ενός έτους, το οποίο προτείνεται να διαμορφωθεί ως εξής:
“7. RESERVE PRICE
7.1 Transmission Tariffs as set in articles 4 and 5 here above represent the Reserve Prices for all Standard Capacity Products for any auction set in Articles 10 and 11 of the INC.”

Η δημόσια διαβούλευση θα διαρκέσει έως και την Παρασκευή 21 Αυγούστου 2026. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι καλούνται να υποβάλουν τις απόψεις τους στη ΡΑΑΕΥ με ηλεκτρονική επιστολή στη διεύθυνση gasconsultation@raaey.gr ή εγγράφως, εφόσον το επιθυμούν.
Η ΡAΑΕY θα δημοσιοποιήσει κατάλογο των συμμετεχόντων στη διαβούλευση, με εξαίρεση την περίπτωση κατά την οποία ο αποστολέας αιτείται τη μη δημοσιοποίηση των στοιχείων του ή/και των απόψεων του.
Public consultation of RAAEY on the proposal of ICGB AD regarding the amendment of the IGB Transmission Tariff Code
The Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water sets into public consultation the proposal of ICGB AD (prot. no. RAAEY I-419339/06.07.2026) regarding the amendment of the IGB Transmission Tariff Code.
In line with the roadmap on a long-term solution for increasing the commercial attractiveness of the Trans-Balkan Route, the proposed amendment is limited to Section 7 “Reserve Price” of the IGB Transmission Tariff Code and concerns the removal of the multipliers applicable to Standard Capacity Products with a duration shorter than one year, which is proposed to read:

7.1 Transmission Tariffs as set in articles 4 and 5 here above represent the Reserve Prices for all Standard Capacity Products for any auction set in Articles 10 and 11 of the INC.”
